1. Service Description

StoryCraft Strategies provides AI-assisted communications content creation services ("Services"), including but not limited to press releases, internal announcements, social media posts, and other corporate communications assets. Our Services utilize third-party AI tools, such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini, to generate content based on the inputs you provide.

2. Content Accuracy and Review

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use or publication.

·       We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, legal compliance, or suitability of AI-generated content.

·       Clients using our “Human Touch” add-on benefit from additional expert review and quality assurance.

·       All content must be reviewed to ensure it meets your internal standards and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of Third-Party AI Services

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

·       Your content inputs may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI platforms.

·       While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee confidentiality or prevent potential exposure of sensitive information.

·       You should avoid submitting highly confidential or proprietary data unless necessary.

·       Please refer to OpenAI's and Google’s privacy policies for details on their data handling practices.

4. Content Responsibility and Liability

·       You assume full responsibility for the use of all generated content.

·       We are not liable for any outcomes related to factual inaccuracies, copyright violations, legal exposure, or reputational harm resulting from published content.

·       If content is significantly off-brief, we will work with you in good faith to make corrections at no extra charge.

5. Quality Assurance

·       While perfect outputs are not guaranteed, we aim for high relevance and quality.

·       Unlimited revisions are included for each deliverable until the core message and structure meet your expectations.

·       We reserve the right to define what constitutes a “significant deviation” from your brief.

6. Payment Terms

·       Full payment is required at the time of package selection and before work commences.

·       Refunds may be issued at our discretion if deliverables are irreparably substandard.

·       No refunds will be issued for content that meets the requirements of the selected package.

7. Intellectual Property

·       You retain ownership of all final deliverables.

·       We retain ownership of our prompts, workflows, and proprietary methodologies.

·       You grant us the right to use anonymized examples of final content for marketing and portfolio purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question. We are not liable for:

·       Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

·       Loss of profits, business, or opportunities

·       Data breaches arising from third-party AI services

·       Legal or compliance issues stemming from use of the content

9. Termination

Either party may terminate Services at any time. Upon termination:

·       You remain responsible for payment of completed work.

·       We will provide any work in progress.

·       Relevant provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality) shall survive termination.
